Nitesh Kumar Sinha is an accomplished Senior Engineering Manager with over a decade of experience in the dynamic IT industry. He has a proven track record of working with product-based top-notch companies, including a good mixture of startups as well as enterprise organizations. Nitesh is a graduate of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, which is one of the most prestigious business schools in India. As a Quality Assurance Lead/Manager, Nitesh provides technical leadership, driving and performing best engineering practices to initiate, plan and execute large-scale, cross-functional programs. He has hands-on experience working as a test lead and working as full-stack QA (Web apps, APIs, Performance, Databases, and Mobile). Nitesh is adept at mentoring/leading teams and strategizing test activities from test initiation to closure with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. He also drives continuous efforts to improve and implement QA processes. Currently, Nitesh works as a Staff Software Test Engineer/Manager at Visa, where he is responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's products. Before joining Visa, he worked at Makemytrip, an ecommerce company, where he was involved in every aspect of product development, from requirement gathering to release/deployment and monitoring after release. He also worked with automation using Selenium WebDriver for UI, App automation of Android and iOS using Appium, and doing API automation using Java along with DB testing and manual testing in Unix environment. Prior to Makemytrip, Nitesh worked at JDA Software as a Software QA Engineer-Intermediate. Here, he was mainly involved in doing Selenium Automation using Java and doing API testing and automation. He also performed other types of testing such as manual testing, DB Testing, etc. and worked in the product development team. Nitesh holds an Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, and a Senior Secondary degree in Mathematics from DAV Public School. Nitesh's technical skills include Test, SDET, QA, Senior Software Engineer, Selenium, iOS, UI, Java, Android, Mobile, and Web.
